Last updated: 7 July 2026
Who we are
appsky.be is operated by AppSky SRL, trading as AppSky (“AppSky”, “we”), with registered office at Avenue du Roi Albert 63, 1120 Brussels, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0766.319.202 (VAT BE 0766.319.202). You can reach us at hello@appsky.be.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the appsky.be website. By using the site, you accept them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
They cover the website only. Any services we provide to clients — software development, consulting, support — are governed by separate written agreements (proposals, service agreements, and data processing agreements where applicable). Nothing on this site is a binding offer: descriptions of our services and pricing are indicative and an invitation to talk, not a contract.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site for your own information. You agree not to:
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the site’s security, or disrupt its operation;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site’s content or republish it as your own;
- misuse the booking system, for example by making fake or automated bookings;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, illustrations, logos, case studies, and code snippets — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to view the site and to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission. “AppSky” and the AppSky logo may not be used without our consent.
Not professional advice
Our guides, case studies, and other content are provided for general information. They are not medical, legal, regulatory, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Decisions about healthcare operations or compliance should always be made with qualified professionals who know your situation.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party websites and uses a scheduling widget (Cal.com software, self-hosted for us by Softwhale) to book calls. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and warranty
We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Because access to the site is free, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or intentional fault, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data on this site is described in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of every page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site or the law changes. The date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the site that we cannot resolve amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, Belgium — without prejudice to mandatory rules granting consumers the courts of their own domicile.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Questions about these terms? Email hello@appsky.be.
