CareDeal helps patients and families find nearby home nurses without relying on informal referrals, repeated phone calls or scattered availability. We built it for Care-Support’s operating region, where the client needed a trusted digital way to connect care requests with available nurses.
The challenge
The product had to serve several audiences at once:
- Patients needed a simple way to request care for themselves or a loved one
- Nurses needed a clear portal for incoming care requests
- The client needed an admin dashboard to monitor activity and step in when needed
- The whole experience had to feel reliable in a sensitive healthcare context
The solution
We built the full CareDeal platform: the public website, patient app, caregiver portal, admin dashboard, backend and documentation. Patients create an account, describe the care they need, choose the location, frequency and date, then wait for a nurse to contact them. Caregivers get structured requests instead of scattered messages, and the admin team keeps sight of the workflow.
The project started with one month of product and design work to shape the flows, then moved into three months of development with Firebase, TypeScript and Flutter.
Conclusion
CareDeal launched with a complete digital foundation for patient requests, caregiver coordination and operational oversight. More than 350 nurses onboarded in the client’s operating region, which gives Care-Support a practical base for scaling home-care matching beyond manual coordination.
